Effect:
Lowers all targets' Attack and Special Attack by one stage. Makes the user switch out if the move lands (even if stats are not altered due to e.g. ability).
If Parting Shot is used on a Pokémon affected by Magic Coat or with the Ability Magic Bounce, the move is reflected back at the user, lowering its Attack and Sp. Atk, and switching it out instead.
