Effect:
Deals damage. User is forced to use this move for 2–5 turns, selected at random. During Uproar, Pokémon without Soundproof cannot fall asleep from moves that inflict sleep (e.g. Rest / Yawn).
If already drowsy from Yawn, they can still fall asleep during Uproar (regardless of Soundproof). If a sleeping Pokémon without Soundproof attempts a move, it wakes up immediately before acting. At the end of each turn (including the turn Uproar ends), all sleeping Pokémon without Soundproof are woken up.
