Tera Starstorm deals damage. When used by Terapagos (Stellar Form), it becomes Stellar‑type and targets both opposing Pokémon in Double Battles.
If the user is Terastallized, Tera Starstorm’s category depends on its stats: it becomes physical if the user’s Attack is higher than its Special Attack, and special otherwise. Stat stage modifiers are considered when comparing the two stats, but other effects (e.g. held items like Choice Specs or Abilities like Huge Power) are ignored.
