Effect:
Shed Tail halves the user’s max HP (rounded up) to create a substitute with 1/4 of its max HP, then immediately switches the user out. The incoming Pokémon inherits the substitute.
The move fails (and no switch happens) if the user already has a substitute, lacks a teammate to switch to, or has 50% HP or less.
