⚔️ Burning Bulwark | Gen 9

Protects the user from all effects of moves that target it during the turn it is used, including damage (unless the move has specific effect to bypass protection). If the opponent makes contact during an attack the opponent is burned if possible.

Does not block damage from weather or status conditions at the end of the turn. The first usage is always successful. However the chance of success is reduced to 1/3 of its previous chance each time the user consecutively uses Burning Bulwark (2nd turn 1/3, 3rd turn 1/27 and so on).
