Effect:
Deals damage. When no terrain is active, this move is Normal-type with 50 base power. If the user is grounded and any terrain is active, its power doubles to 100 and its type changes to match the terrain.
• Grassy Terrain – Becomes Grass-type.
• Electric Terrain – Becomes Electric-type.
• Psychic Terrain – Becomes Psychic-type.
• Misty Terrain – Becomes Fairy-type.
The terrain’s usual type-based power boost also applies in addition to the doubled base power. This move’s power has an additional 1.5 Base Power if the user has the Ability Mega Launcher. Terrain Pulse is unaffected by Normalize, Pixilate, Refrigerate, or Galvanize, but is affected by Electrify (forcing it to become Electric-type).
