Effect:
Tar Shot reduces the target's Speed by one stage and doubles the effectiveness of Fire-type moves used against it. Subsequent uses of Tar Shot on the same target will not further increase the effectiveness of Fire-type moves (but may still lower Speed).
The increased Fire‑type vulnerability does not apply to Terastallized Pokémon. However, if a Pokémon is already affected before Terastallizing, the vulnerability remains in effect.
