Averages the user's unmodified Attack stat with the target's unmodified Attack stat. The value becomes the unmodified Attack for both Pokémon. Unmodified Special Attack is averaged the same way. Bypasses accuracy checks and hits always unless the target is invulnerable due to e.g. a move like Protect or Airborne turn of Fly.
