Effect:
Recycle restores the last item consumed by the Pokémon in its current position on the field. The move fails if the user is already holding an item.
Consumed items are tracked by position, so a Pokémon can recover an item used by another Pokémon that occupied the same spot. Items lost to Knock Off cannot be restored, but items used via Fling, Natural Gift, Bug Bite, or Pluck can.
