Effect:
Reversal power increases as the user's remaining HP decreases. Its base power is determined by the user's remaining HP percentage:
• 20 BP — HP ≥ 68.8%
• 40 BP — 35.4% ≤ HP < 68.8%
• 80 BP — 20.8% ≤ HP < 35.4%
• 100 BP — 10.4% ≤ HP < 20.8%
• 150 BP — 4.2% ≤ HP < 10.4%
• 200 BP — HP < 4.2%
Reversal cannot land critical hits and its damage is not affected by the normal random damage variation.
