User copies the target's species, weight, type, ability, and stats (except HP), including IVs and EVs, along with its moves. Copied moves each have 5 PP. Transform bypasses accuracy checks and succeeds even if the target is protected or in a semi-invulnerable turn (e.g. Fly). Transform also bypasses a substitute.
