Targets the last opposing Pokémon to hit the user (or its substitute) with a Normal or Fighting type move this turn. Inflicts twice the damage that move did to the user. If there is no eligible target, this move will fail. Type does not apply and Ghost types can be hit with Counter, but other type effectiveness are ignored.
